Community Enagement
Each year, our employees take part in a range of activities in their local communities, supporting a charity or project, ranging from collecting litter from beaches to creating wildlife gardens in schools.

Working ethically and with integrity is the IMI Precision Engineering way. Each and every employee receives regular training in line with our Code of Conduct – the IMI Code – which is enforced through e-learning modules and face-to-face sessions.

We conduct advanced due diligence on our business partners, including our agents and distributors with whom we share our anti-corruption requirements and policies. And all our businesses carry out checks to understand potential customers’ activities and to identify risks that may be involved in supplying to them.
